Hi,

I am experiencing some problems with the temperature of an en-suite shower and I’m wondering if this is the kind of thing that you may be able to assist with?

Within the last month, the shower has become lukewarm at best after having previously been very hot. All other showers, baths and taps in the property have very hot water; it just seems to be this particular shower.

It is powered by an Ideal ICOS boiler. I’m not sure whether it is just connected with not having as much heating on lately or whether there is something wrong with the shower thermostat/mixer itself.

Would it be possible to provide me with an idea if this can be looked at and fixed? The house is based in St Helens (not far from Burtonwood),

i live in private rented accomodation and my landlord has asked me to contact a shower repair company to look at the shower and get a quote for repair or renewal..and also a bath panel quote..would you be able to come to look at the work needed please
